EquiStencils LLC is a Colorado-based company which was founded by Sara Phillips, a lifelong equestrian and trainer and rider of her mare Fergie, who has proudly served as our product development laboratory. EquiStencils is your only source for self-adhesive templates to create temporary designs, through clipping or painting, on your equine friend. With the popularity of personalization and customization on everything from cell phones to Facebook pages to vehicles, Sara thought why not include horses.
As a horse owner Sara already had the canvas to work with and set about figuring out a way to create a stencil she could use to create a design on her horses’ coat. It was determined that having a template that would actually adhere to the coat enough to get the process finished, while not harming the horse in any way, would be ideal. Horses tend to move and shift around and trying to line up a non-adhesive stencil again and again to accommodate a moving horse is very frustrating. EquiStencils were developed to stick to the coat just enough to get the job done and are easily removed without hurting the horse. Along with standard designs available on our website, EquiStencils is able to develop customized stencils just for you. We welcome photos of your horse with our designs as well as suggestions for future design offerings.
