Shipping
Most items will ship within 24 hours of placing an order. Occasionally we may be out of an item in which case we will contact you to let you know about the delay and give you the approximate ship date. In most cases out of stock items will ship within a week. Customized EquiStencils are typically produced within 24 hours and depending on the time of year and our back log, will typically ship within 48 hours. If a customized EquiStencil will take longer to produce, we will contact you to let you know. If you are in need of expedited delivery, please contact us and let us know you are in a rush. We try to keep a large variety of EquiStencils in stock however during certain times of the year (such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day etc.) our stock may occasionally be depleted.
Shipments of EquiStencils are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Items are typically delivered within 2-3 days of shipment. USPS delivers on Saturdays and to PO Boxes. If you need your order faster, please contact us to let us know. We can ship overnight via UPS if needed at an additional cost per UPS rates.
Returns and Replacements
We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after the ship date of your order. Items must be in original condition and include all packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Customized EquiStencils are not returnable. If an item is damaged or needs replacement when it is delivered, we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
Sales Tax
EquiStencils is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item shipped to an address in Colorado. In order to obtain Tax Exempt status for orders shipped to addresses in the state of Colorado, we must first receive a completed State of Resale Card by mail or email. We will then set up your account to be tax exempt.
